77ja Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 77ja operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms which cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents 77ja from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 working days . If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure described above.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and accepted the 77ja Privacy Policy. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to an active investigation or dispute will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.
